Sean Patrick Suiter

Sean Patrick Suiter is a patent attorney, founder, and co-owner of Suiter Swantz IP. Sean holds undergraduate degrees in English Literature, Chemistry and Physics from Creighton University and the University of Nebraska, respectively. Sean received his Juris Doctor from Creighton University Law School.

Chad W. Swantz

Chad W. Swantz is a patent attorney and co-owner of Suiter Swantz IP. Chad graduated with a Bachelor in Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nebraska, a Juris Doctor of Law from the University of Nebraska, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska Omaha.

Scot M. Ringenberg

Scot M. Ringenberg is a patent attorney and co-owner of Suiter Swantz IP. Scot received his Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering (B.S.C.E.) from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and his Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law.

Matt A. Poulsen

Matt Poulsen is a patent attorney and co-owner of Suiter Swantz IP. Matt obtained his Ph.D., M.S. and B.S. in Physics from the University of Nebraska and his Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law, graduating with distinction.

Troy P. Anderson

Troy P. Anderson is a patent agent with Suiter Swantz IP. Troy holds a Ph.D. and a M.S. in Optics from CREOL, the College of Optics at the University of Central Florida, as well as a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln.

Dallin B. Call

Dallin B. Call is a patent attorney with Suiter Swantz IP. Dallin graduated from the University of Utah, receiving his BS in Chemical Engineering. While at the University of Utah, he researched oxy-combustion burners to retrofit current pulverized coal-combustion boilers to reduce CO2 emissions through CO2 recycle and carbon capture and sequestration (CCS).

Leon G. Castro

Leon G. Castro is a patent agent with Suiter Swantz IP. Leon obtained a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nebraska‑Lincoln. Prior to joining Suiter Swantz, Leon was employed in the technology transfer office of a major university where he worked to commercialize university research. Leon joined Suiter Swantz IP in 2016 as a Patent Agent. Leon is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Nicholas R. Grennan

Nicholas R. Grennan is a patent attorney with Suiter Swantz IP. Nick received his engineering degree from Cornell University and graduated with honors from the Creighton University School of Law. Prior to joining Suiter Swantz, Nick practiced complex commercial litigation.

Jon S. Horneber

Jon S. Horneber is a patent attorney with Suiter Swantz IP. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder. Jon received his Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska.

Andy Kruse

Andy Kruse is a patent attorney with Suiter Swantz IP. Andy received his bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy in 1986 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska. Prior to joining Suiter Swantz, Andy flew fighter aircraft in the U.S. Military and commercial aircraft for a major U.S. Airline.

Eric M. Newhouse

Eric M. Newhouse is a patent attorney with Suiter Swantz IP. Eric graduated with honors from the University of South Dakota, receiving his BS in Computer Science. He received his JD from Creighton University School of Law, graduating with honors and a concentration in litigation.

Shane R. Thielen

Shane R. Thielen is a patent attorney with Suiter Swantz IP. Shane received a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Systems engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He worked as a computer programmer for Ameritrade Inc. where he became a registered investment advisor.

Kazuya Toyama

Kazuya (Kaz) Toyama is a patent agent with Suiter Swantz IP. Kaz obtained his B.S. in Chemistry from St. Francis College. While attending St. Francis, he researched tangential purification methods for Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP) as a visiting researcher at Princeton University. Kaz obtained his Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Nebraska.

Melanie Baker McCain

Melanie Baker McCain joined Suiter Swantz IP in 2004 as the accounting manager for the Firm. Melanie holds a Bachelor’s Degree with concentrations in Business Administration, Political Science, and Black Studies from the University of Nebraska at Omaha; a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bellevue University; and a Master of Business Administration from Bellevue University.

Emily I. Benke

Emily I. Benke joined Suiter Swantz IP in 2012 as the marketing coordinator for the Firm. Emily has a B.S. in Criminal Justice and a Minor in Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Jennifer L. Bruce

Jenny joined Suiter Swantz IP in 2017 as an intellectual property assistant for the Firm. She received a B.A. in English with a concentration in British Literature from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Linda D. Dammann

Linda Dammann joined Suiter Swantz IP in 2017 as a paralegal for the Firm. Linda has over 25 years of experience in Intellectual Property, specializing in trademarks.

Mitchell Ferris joined Suiter Swantz IP in 2017 as a Technical Advisor for the Firm. Mitchell received his BSCE in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He currently attends the University of Nebraska College of Law.

Annmarie Ford

Annmarie Ford joined Suiter Swantz IP in 2017 as a Marketing Intern for the Firm. She is currently a student at Creighton University and will graduate with a BSBA in both Marketing and Finance.

Patrice B. Sokolowski joined Suiter Swantz IP in 2008 as an executive assistant. Patrice has a B.S. in Special Education from Creighton University and an M.M. in Vocal Performance from the University of Connecticut.

Stephanie R. Swanson

Stephanie Swanson joined Suiter Swantz IP in 2009 as a paralegal for the Firm. Stephanie has a BS in Geography from Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Missouri.

Sarah Williams

Sarah Williams joined Suiter Swantz IP in 2017 as an Intellectual Property Assistant. Sarah graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a Bachelor of Art in Philosophy.
