Dallin B. Call

Patent Attorney


Dallin B. Call is a patent attorney with Suiter Swantz IP. Dallin graduated from the University of Utah, receiving his B.S. in Chemical Engineering. While at the University of Utah, he researched oxy-combustion burners to retrofit current pulverized coal-combustion boilers to reduce CO2 emissions through CO2 recycle and carbon capture and sequestration (CCS).

Dallin obtained his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law. While at Creighton, Dallin served on the Creighton International and Comparative Law Journal, in which he was published.

Before joining Suiter Swantz, Dallin practiced intellectual property and commercial transactions law in the pharmaceutical industry. While in the pharmaceutical industry, he helped draft patents related to vitamin formulations, transdermal cream compositions, solvent systems for oral administration, and improvements to current hormone replacement therapies.

Dallin is admitted to practice before the Nebraska Bar and all Nebraska state courts. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Outside the office Dallin enjoys playing basketball, spending time with his family, and reading classical literature.
